Circuit Training
Our one of a kind circuit training system is set up and operated the way circuit weight training was designed to be. We use Hoist selectorized equipment that is color coded to match your specific fitness level. All of the equipment is set up in the exact order of use, so there is no guessing as to which machine to use, or in what order.
You are cheerfully guided from one station to the next by a voice prompt that alerts you every 20 seconds, with clear instruction. It’s easier then coloring by number and a perfect way to train for those who don’t have a lot of time to spend in the gym, but still want to get great results.

Cardio Area
Our spotlessly clean Cardio Area features state-of-the-art Cybex Treadmills, Cybex Arc Trainers; selected as product of the year in the fitness industry two years running, Cybex Recumbent and Upright Bikes as well as the BroadcastVision entertainment system, all of which add variety and enjoyment to your cardio vascular workout. For your viewing pleasure we offer HD flat screen TVs, conveniently positioned over the cardio machines.

Advanced Fitness Area
If your fitness goals are to build your body or to work on the development of specific muscle groups, we offer you a complete array of rubber dumb bells, barbells, cables and state-of-the-art body building equipment.

Kidz Zone
Xpress Fitness Club is great for the entire family. We have a safe, supervised Kidz Zone with lots of activities for your children. We feature "Wii Fit", a stimulating video game that gets kids to move. So, bring the kids with you when you do your workout.
